Bequest

Many alumni and friends show their support of ´óÏóÊÓƵ by including the School in their estate plans. It is possible to leave a specific gift, a percentage of your estate, or even a percentage of the residuary of your estate to TFS. Including a bequest to ´óÏóÊÓƵ in your will may also result in beneficial tax consequences for your estate. You can designate your estate gift for the support of a particular program, scholarship, or other purpose of your choice.

Charitable Trust

If you would like to support ´óÏóÊÓƵ by donating assets worth $100,000 or more, a charitable remainder trust or a charitable lead trust may be an appropriate vehicle with which to accomplish this goal. By placing particular assets in trust, you may minimize capital gains and/or certain estate taxes while supporting ´óÏóÊÓƵ . Either you or the school may benefit from income earned on trust assets. Please contact us for further information, including financial projections of a particular gift proposal.

Gifts of Real Estate

´óÏóÊÓƵ appreciates gifts in many forms, including gifts of real estate. This option may be particularly attractive when the value of real estate has increased over time. By giving appreciated real estate to ´óÏóÊÓƵ, you can support the school, while also minimizing capital gains tax liability. Please contact our office for further information.

Gifts of Insurance

It may be possible to make a gift of an insurance policy to ´óÏóÊÓƵ. Alternatively, alumni and friends may choose to make ´óÏóÊÓƵ a beneficiary of an existing policy. To explore these options, please contact a member of our staff.

Other Gifts
